What you may submit
- Academic writing, including an assignment prompt, plan, outline, partial draft, or full draft.
- Creative writing, including fiction, memoir, personal narrative, or related planning notes.
- One PDF, DOCX, or TXT file up to the website's 25 MB request limit.
- A secure Google Drive or Docs, OneDrive, or Dropbox link that the reviewer can open.
What to tell us
Use the note field to name the part that feels difficult or the kind of response you want. For example: “I need help deciding what each paragraph should do,” or “Does the change in this scene make sense?” A focused question helps us respond usefully.
Ownership and academic integrity
Only share work you created or have permission to share. You keep ownership of your writing. Our role is to support your process; we will not complete graded work, take an exam, impersonate you, or guarantee a grade or publication result.
Privacy and sensitive information
Remove information that is not needed for feedback, especially government identification numbers, financial information, passwords, private medical records, and another person's confidential information. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
Scope and safety
We may decline a submission that is outside our current capacity, contains material we cannot safely review, requests prohibited academic work, or appears to violate another person's rights. The service is educational support, not medical care, therapy, crisis care, legal advice, or a formal disability accommodation.
What happens after you send
Your request is emailed to two members of our small volunteer team. We reply by email as capacity allows and do not yet promise a fixed response time. Uploaded files are removed from the website server after the delivery attempt; see our privacy information for more detail.
